Keep these 5 tips in mind when creating videos:

  • Film vertically
    Optimize for video formats, like Reels, by filming vertically in a 9:16 aspect ratio.
  • Capture attention in the first 3 seconds
    Include your most important message, such as your event or service, in the first 3 seconds of your video.
  • Make your videos entertaining, relatable and digestible
    Ask a question, use eye-catching visuals or add humor to encourage people to watch until the end.
  • Use sound
    Try out different original audio, like voiceover, or download royalty-free music and sound effects.
  • Put a face to your business
    A Meta study found that Reels ads featuring a human presence saw 25% higher clickthrough rates compared to Reels ads that did not.2
